Amazing experience. I've had several merchant services vendors over the last 20 years. Freedom will be my last. When Ryan tells you he will do something... he does it. We've had an excellent and seamless experience switching from Square to Freedom Payments. The owners are helpful, prompt, and didn't try to talk us into a bunch of "upgrades" that don't fit our needs. These guys are legitimately the best in the business. I’ve had multiple credit card machines and I’ve always been disappointed with the service, bed side manner, and the company conveniently coming up missing. These two veterans have made my life and business way easier. I highly recommend them, they go to bat for you and they represent you not the banks and cc companies.

Ryan and Jeff with Freedom Payments are fantastic. From the first meeting on, they were open and honest about everything. Nothing was hidden and they do everything they say they will. There are several really great features with using Freedom payments. The people you work with (bonus), the product is great, easy to use, a piece of cake to change over to their system and so much nicer to explain the cc fee to our customers! Now by paying the fee they can directly help veterans. Truly a win win.
